Our Story
Astellent was founded by a team from leading cloud security companies and regulated industries. We saw how AI agents and autonomous systems were proliferating faster than security could keep up—and set out to build the governance platform fit for the era of agentic AI.
Our team has decades of experience securing Fortune 500 enterprises in finance, healthcare, and tech. We've lived the pain of ungoverned AI tools and seen breaches caused by shadow AI—Astellent is our answer.

Erik drives Astellent's strategic vision and go-to-market strategy. With extensive experience in enterprise security and business development, he has led multiple security transformation initiatives across Fortune 500 companies, focusing on identity management and cloud security.
Hitesh Parashar
Co-Founder & Chief Technology and Product Officer
Hitesh is a technology visionary with over two decades of Silicon Valley experience. With an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas and a background in computer engineering, he has deep expertise in cloud security, identity systems, and AI. Previously held product leadership roles at major tech companies securing enterprise infrastructure.
